Pear wine is an old Odessa campfire favorite.  Serve warm with cinnamon sticks and pumpkin pie spice in a crock-pot, pear wine is special for sharing cool evenings together.  As a pairing with pork, the delicate sweetness of pear is enhanced when well chilled.  Pear wine is also great as a glaze on ham for the holidays.
